Red Kestrel, based in Staffordshire in the U.K., was founded by Phil Ratcliffe in 2004. The focus of the company is IT security consultancy, security-related product development, and bespoke software development. We provide consultancy and development services to various clients throughout the world including banks, government agencies, and IT security companies. We have experience in many areas of IT security including but not limited to: PKI, cryptography, secure email, smart cards, biometrics and secure application development.
